I have been in the metal working business for almost 40 years and understand the importance of customer service. Our company was tasked with a project which required dip braze, an area of manufacturing that was not familiar to me. I took the project to Ralph, the general manager who walked me through the process and took on our job. Not only did they do a perfect job the first time, but three additional follow-on jobs were delivered defect free and ahead of schedule. Performance takes customer service to a new level. Because of their sense of urgency, we have captured additional work from our customer making this a win/win experience for both of our companies. I will continue to send work to Ralph with the confidence it will be done correctly and on time.

Worked with several shops for different projects until I found Performance! While other shops take too long for quotes and orders, Performance is hands down the best place to get a great deal, fast turnaround time, and excellent customer service. The shop manager Ralph and his team make sure the job gets done right, fast, and with top notch quality. Will definitely go back for all of my upcoming projects!

Not too many shops that take care of customers like this one. The manager Ralph is very easy to work with and they do a great and professional job when it comes to dip brazing. Super punctual and clean as well. Definitely recommend coming here if you need any work of this sort done.
